Quiet Place to Think

I used to do pottery and ceramics. When decorating the pieces I found myself painting them, not just glazing them. I decided that painting was what I really wanted to do!

So I started painting on canvas with acrylics. It's become my hobby and I'm basically self taught (with help from the internet!) I love Mark's paintings!! The painting above is my one and only beach painting so far.

After watching Mark's tutorials I can see where I could have done much better!!
