Magnolias for May!

Here's a little painting I did with the Atelier Interactive paints.

I was inspired by the beautiful Magnolia trees that are FINALLY blooming here in Rhode Island, US.

It was a long, hard winter and seeing everything finally returning to life and blossoming is a great relief to my eyes.

This painting was done on canvas.

It is a more "painterly" style than what I usually do. I am finally learning to loosen up and experiment.
