Docked For Dinner - Acrylic, 16x20, stretched canvas

This is a restaurant in St. Augustine, Florida. It was originally many years ago, a shipping port that later was transformed into a restaurant. The restaurant is known for its fabulous seafood and for an opening in each table that allows patrons to feed the fish with supplied bread crumbs. It is currently being remodelled and will open again in 2016. I thought it important to document the restaurant as it was before the restorations. I entered this in a juried show and it came in third place, which brought a smile to my face. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did painting it.
